Refunds or cancellations can be requested within 30 days of receipt of prompts, provided that the purchased prompts have not been downloaded or used. Requests must be made in writing or using the cancellation function on the Website.

In the event of cancellation, your rights to use the purchased prompts terminate, and you must delete or destroy any copies of the prompts. Prostorem will issue a full refund to your account or credit card for eligible requests.
