3:00 PM – Guest Arrival & Welcome Reception
Guests begin to arrive at the venue. The welcome area is set up with light refreshments, welcome drinks, and seating for guests to mingle before the ceremony begins. Background music is played to create a relaxed atmosphere.

3:30 PM – Ceremony Begins
The wedding ceremony officially begins. The bridal party and officiant take their places, and the couple exchanges vows. A live musician or recorded music is played during the ceremony. This section typically lasts around 30 minutes to 1 hour.

4:15 PM – Post-Ceremony Photos
Following the ceremony, the newlyweds will take family and bridal party photos. This is also a great time for guests to enjoy cocktails or light hors d’oeuvres while mingling.

4:45 PM – Cocktail Hour & Socializing
Guests enjoy cocktails and appetizers while the couple finishes their portrait session. This gives guests time to mingle and celebrate in a relaxed setting.

5:45 PM – Reception Begins
Guests are invited to their seats for the reception. The newlyweds are announced, and the couple shares their first dance. Following the first dance, the father-daughter and mother-son dances take place.

6:15 PM – Dinner Service
Dinner is served, whether as a plated meal or a buffet. During dinner, guests enjoy a relaxed atmosphere with light background music. Speeches or toasts from the best man, maid of honor, and family members can be included.

7:15 PM – Cake Cutting & Dessert
The couple cuts the wedding cake, and desserts are served to guests. The cake cutting can be accompanied by a short speech or special announcement.

7:30 PM – Dancing & Entertainment
The dance floor is opened to all guests. The DJ or band plays music, and guests are invited to join in the celebration. Additional entertainment, such as games or performances, can be incorporated into this time.

8:30 PM – Bouquet Toss & Garter Toss
The traditional bouquet toss and garter toss take place. This is an exciting moment for all guests to participate in, with those interested catching the bouquet or garter as part of the tradition.

8:45 PM – Last Dance
The couple shares their final dance together. All guests are invited to join in as the night comes to a close.

9:00 PM – Send-Off & Departure
The couple is sent off with well-wishes, typically through a final celebratory gesture like sparklers or bubbles. Guests begin to depart, and the evening officially ends.
